Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Lead a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and manage inventory to meet the demands of our menu.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
