Food Service Team Lead

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishments.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet operational demands.
- Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with the establishment's culinary genres and menu offerings.
- Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet operational demands.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Physically demanding role requiring stamina and endurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
