About the ProgramThe Research Associate Program is a unique opportunity for promising scientists and engineers to work in a challenging research environment and develop their skills and expertise. As a Research Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team of researchers working on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and economic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct original research in your chosen field and contribute to the development of new technologies and products
- Collaborate with other researchers and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain expertise in your field through ongoing training and professional development
- Communicate research findings and results to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other means

EligibilityTo be eligible for the Research Associate Program, you must have a degree in an engineering field earned within the last five years, or expect to obtain the degree within six months. You must also have a demonstrated ability to perform original high-quality research in your chosen field.

CompensationThe salary range for Research Associates is from $57,220 to $161,754 per annum. NRC employees enjoy a wide-range of competitive benefits, including comprehensive health and dental plans, pension and insurance plans, vacation and other leave entitlements.
