Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and establish work schedules.
- Prepare and submit reports, including maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Work Environment: This position is located in a restaurant setting and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
Work Setting: Restaurant
Supervision: 3-4 people
Government Programs: Recognized employer, Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 30 hours per week
