Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at C&K Services Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required
- Assist cleaners in performing duties
- Establish work schedules
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Train or arrange for training
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
The Cleaning Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. The ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) is also required.
