Job Summary:

C & K Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Coordinator to oversee the activities of light-duty cleaners and ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of light-duty cleaners to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for cleaning staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle lost and found items and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to customer requests for extra supplies or other items in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary school completion is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cleaning and disinfecting high-risk areas or as a cleaning supervisor is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license is required to drive to client locations.
  • Ability to supervise a team of 1 to 7 light-duty cleaners per shift.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent client focus, reliability, dependability, initiative, and efficient interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as manual dexterity.

Language:

English is the primary language required for this position.

Compensation:

The hourly rate is $25.50, with a guaranteed 55 to 60 hours of work per week.

Benefits include transportation to and from work locations, uniforms, and accommodation provided at no cost.

Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays is required, with rotation between day and night shifts depending on business needs.
