Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

C&K Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle equipment and tools.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficiency, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
