Job Title: Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell CIBC's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure CIBC remains competitive and relevant in the business banking market.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business banking or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business cash flow and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
