We are a fast-paced restaurant seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.

Job Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and dining staff, ensuring that they have the necessary training and support to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inventories and Supplies: Manage inventories and supplies, including food, beverages, and equipment, to ensure that we have what we need to operate efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, and monitor expenses to ensure that we are operating within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, knowledge of restaurant operations and management practices.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, walking. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
