About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada, responsible for supporting maintenance customer service, inventory management, and administrative processes. This role is a key position in ensuring operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Service Net Planner with PMs campaigns, repairs from drive-ins, call-ins, and 24/7 calls, and off lease/on lease.
  • Partner with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams to foster collaboration in support of the customer.
  • Greet customers at the location and provide quality phone service. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and scheduling.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for full oversight of inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service support while mitigating risk of inventory loss. This includes maintaining optimal inventory levels through ordering parts according to sourcing procedure, partnering with Centralized Parts Ordering on a daily basis, receiving and storing parts in an organized manner, and ensuring that updates to PartsNet occur timely.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations, with a strong background in inventory management and maintenance coordination. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is approximately $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and RRSP matching.
