We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at MARVEL PACIFIC DEVELOPMENTS LTD.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports as required by management.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained, creating a safe working environment for employees.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promoting, and disciplining maintenance staff.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain an efficient operation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
