HR and Legal Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the team in classifying documentation;
- Keeping track of deadlines and administrative procedures up to date;
- Organizing and planning internal meetings, training sessions, and events;
- Ensuring administrative follow-up of files (contracts, amendments, absences, etc.);
- Classifying documentation related to the hiring and departure of employees (declarations, administrative documents);
- Organizing and keeping up to date documentation relating to leave, training, and employee evaluations;
- Preparing the elements necessary for processing payroll (overtime, leave, bonuses);
- Recording the data necessary for issuing KPI reports;
- Ensuring the archiving, digitization, and classification of administrative and legal documents;
- Ensuring telephone reception and control of email boxes intended for HR or legal;
- Writing and formatting various documents: letters, reports, presentations, meeting minutes;
- Maintaining office supplies and managing orders necessary for the activity;
- Supporting teams: Ensuring the link between the different teams and departments of the company to ensure good communication;
- Laying out documents (contracts, leave, absences, etc.);
- Monitoring invoices and expense reports;
- Assisting in the management of payments and administrative operations related to accounting;
- Writing emails and correspondence for the team and ensuring clear and professional communication;
- Ensuring administrative monitoring for the smooth running of internal processes.
