As a Destruction Center Specialist for Access, you will be part of our fast-growing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Process and destroy all materials delivered to the records center.
- Prepare recycling bins and boxes for confidential documents to be shredded.
- Sort materials and documents by grade, discarding rubbish as necessary.
- Transfer documents from recycling bins and boxes into shredding machines.
- Prepare shredded documents for delivery to recycling vendors.
- Assist Transportation Specialists with loading and unloading company vehicles.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
About You:
- Physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins, and materials up to 60 pounds.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift and/or pick lift certification an asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
