Senior Groundwater Specialist

Ausenco is a leader in delivering innovative solutions for complex projects and environments. As a Senior Groundwater Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects around the world, utilizing your expertise in physical and contaminant hydrogeology.
About the Role- Develop conceptual groundwater models involving geologic interpretation;
- Design, execute, and interpret pumping tests;
- Familiarity with analytical and numerical modeling of groundwater flow and contaminant migration;
- Assess and interpret groundwater quality;
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation related to hydrogeology;
- Provide technical advice to junior team members.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Registered or eligible for registration as a P.Geo. or P.Eng. in one or more Canadian or U.S. jurisdictions;
- Degree in Water Resources, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or Geology;
- Experience in contaminant hydrogeology, including site characterization, aquifer assessments, and in-situ remedial programs;
- Ability to participate successfully as a contributor to a project team and mentor junior team members.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 per annum;
