Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT field support
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office 2010/16/O365
  • Understanding of network topologies and protocols (including firewalls, routers, switches, etc)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with remote management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of mobile platforms
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platform
  • Knowledge of VoIP systems
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
