About the Role
The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Project Manager on an assigned basis to create, submit, file, and organize all project documentation and other related drawings, records, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
- Create, submit, file, and organize project documentation
- Coordinate, schedule, and book travel needs for Project and Program Managers
- Manage, monitor, and maintain project documents and activities
- Record and document meeting minutes
- Prepare, edit, and formalize project-related documents and minutes
- Send out customer surveys, warranties, and ensure signed documentation of all work is completed
- Answer queries and provide project information to customers
- Ensure efficient management, documented communication, and timely completion of projects
- Setup and maintain accurate project information and data
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure all administrative deadlines and paperwork submissions are complete
- Support with billing and invoicing for the project
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service knowledge
- Ability to work in a multi-team and collaborative environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities
- Certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative program
- Minimum of 2 years' progressive work experience in administrative/customer care, preferably within the aviation industry
