About the Role

Cascade Aerospace is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project deliverables of varying size and complexity, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Manager in the drafting and issuance of Proposals, RFQs, budgets, and preliminary schedules;
  • Assist in project set-up in ERP system;
  • Conduct Pre-Kick Off activities for each assigned project, including generating draft Project Charters, Stakeholder Registers, project organization, and communication charts;
  • Draft project schedules in preparation for the Project Management Plan;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports;
  • Attend client meetings and assist with determining project requirements;
  • Monitor project plans, work hours, and budget reports;
  • Update project team regarding project information, status, and issues that may impact client relations;
  • Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner;
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team-based environment;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Diploma in Administration, Project Management, or other technical discipline;
  • PMP training designation is an asset;
  • 3-4 years' experience providing administrative/organizational support and liaising with cross-functional teams, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
