About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Helper to join our team at 2532383 ONTARIO INC. as a Physiotherapy Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Rehabilitation Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of treatment programs for patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Patient Education: Create and distribute information materials to patients to support their rehabilitation journey.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment, including setup, dismantling, and reassembly.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of equipment and supplies.
  • Documentation: Record patient rehabilitation progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Administration: Assist with routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Hospital/medical facility or clinic.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work is a must.
