Job Summary

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Physiotherapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide direct patient care, including conducting assessments, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient progress
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence within the organization

Requirements

  • Graduate of a recognized physiotherapy assistant or rehabilitation assistant program
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
