Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams. As a key member of our data science-driven organization, you'll tap into our rich cross-industry data resources to bring proven value to our owners and partners. Your passion for data analysis and storytelling will help us make intelligent decisions and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract insights from data to learn more about our members and distill technical language into accessible, engaging language for our leadership and non-technical teams.
  • Use Python and SQL to gather, clean, organize, and analyze structured and non-structured data, and choose effective visualizations to illustrate results and recommendations.
  • Analyze consumer data to generate owner-specific reports, explore anomalies, and draw attention to trends that can be capitalized.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to automate processes, improve data quality for machine learning models, and add value to our loyalty product.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in data analysis and storytelling, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data insights.
  • Technical skills in Python, SQL, and Tableau, with the ability to quickly come up to speed with new technologies.
