The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Data Management and Delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the data components of our solutions provide the appropriate value to our business users and are aligned with our organization's data strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead sessions with the business to gather requirements and obtain sign-off.
  • Produce and maintain Business Requirement Document (BRD), source to target mappings (STM), and other DA-related documentation.
  • Ensure that project teams deliver a data asset that meets business requirements.
  • Liaise with various teams and partners to achieve alignment.
  • Conduct data analysis, data profiling, and metadata collection.
  • Lead UAT activities with the business and obtain sign-off.
How You Will Create Impact

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the Data Management and Delivery team, as well as other project teams, to ensure that our data components are aligned with our organization's data strategy. You will be expected to think critically and strategically, using your expertise to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality results.

What We Are Looking For
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Wealth Management domain.
  • Experience with data-centric projects delivering Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Reporting.
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team members.
  • Experience delivering data documentation artifacts in organizations of similar size and complexity within project deadlines.
  • Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form, at various levels within the project teams.
  • Experience with major trading platforms, book of record systems, performance management platforms, such as Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, Calypso.
  • Exposure to Azure would be an asset.
