Software Development Engineer, AFT Quality

AFT Quality is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement scalable solutions to optimize systems and processes. You will work closely with business, physical processes, and operations to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative solutions to complex business and operational problems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation programs and leverage cutting-edge technologies.
  3. Design and implement robust solutions that operate at Amazon scale.
  4. Participate in code reviews, source control management, and build processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

About the Team:

AFT's Quality team is dedicated to driving automation programs that prevent, detect, and correct potential inventory issues. We leverage computer vision, machine learning, and other innovative technologies to ensure fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of design or architecture experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Full software development life cycle experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
