About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Item Exception Handling team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that enable our fulfillment network to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop new software services and tools from scratch, improving existing systems to meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and solve complex operational problems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and processes, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Develop robust solutions that operate at Amazon scale, leveraging innovative technologies such as machine learning and computer vision
