Help Desk Support Analyst

About the Role

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring seamless system operation.

Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, or in-person
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, or software
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain knowledge of computer hardware and software
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least two years of experience in a help desk support role
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Knowledge of computer hardware and software
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
