The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of consultants and clinical staff to support the adoption of clinical information systems, providing overall HR, structure/framework, project management support for the team, working groups, initiatives, and projects. This role will also involve interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including the Department of Health and Wellness and Internal Services Department, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, clinical informatics, and project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and administrative staff.
About the Job- Lead the implementation of clinical information systems across the province, ensuring seamless integration and coordination of efforts.
- Oversee a team of consultants and clinical staff to support the adoption of clinical information systems.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical information systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare, clinical informatics, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and administrative staff.
- Undergraduate degree in a health or technology-related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical informatics expertise, with the ability to apply systems and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management certification, such as PMP or Agile, is an asset.
- Long-assignment, Full-time Position; 75 Hours Biweekly
- Approximately 18 months (assignment length is subject to change)
$56.81 Hourly
