GTR Express Inc is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and strategy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, and determining strategic planning related to new product lines. They will also establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, recruit, organize, train and manage staff, and provide customer service.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field, and excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and electronic mail. They will be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
  • Working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Determining strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Recruiting, organizing, training and managing staff
