Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple regulatory domains and understanding their application.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our Product & Technology teams to design approach and conduct ongoing monitoring and regulatory change gap analysis to ensure Products remain compliant. You will also utilize industry and regulatory subject matter expertise to recommend risk-based design, controls, and processes for implementation and change.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple regulatory domains (e.g., money transmission / remittance, consumer protection in payments, AML, sanctions, privacy) and understanding their application.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Product health reporting to improve Product visibility into compliance risks and inform product strategy.
  • Providing practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations and requirements to Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Empowering P&T teams to build compliant-by-design products and services by advising them on regulatory implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA +5 years experience in Regulatory Compliance or related Product Risk roles.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and identify key areas of improvement or innovation to improve the customer experience.
  • Effective communication skills with Product Managers and Engineers, providing practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations and requirements.
