  • Provide support to internal clients, including Compliance, as needed.
  • Deliver high-quality results independently, meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage workload effectively, handling volume spikes and prioritizing tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and business developments.
  • Communicate regularly with management to promote transparency and risk reduction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in KYC or QC.
  • Fluent Spanish language skills.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry, preferably with Fenergo.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with corporate clients.
  • Prior experience with client screening and risk assessment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
