Job Title: Senior Compliance Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our efforts in building a robust compliance framework that meets regulatory requirements. As a Senior Compliance Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing key control tests, enhancing existing processes, and centralizing testing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Key Control Tests: Design and execute key control tests in accordance with Enterprise Testing (ET) guidance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory mandates.
  • Enhance Existing Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline testing procedures and improve overall efficiency.
  • Central Repository Management: Build and maintain a central repository for testing documentation, serving as a valuable resource for the entire organization.
  • Enterprise-Wide Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing around business controls, focusing on all non-financial risks, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
  • Infrastructure Design: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to design infrastructure capable of effective risk assessment within the first line of defense.
  • Audit Automation and Standardization: Identify gaps in current audit automation infrastructure and propose solutions for improvement, standardizing procedure documentation to ensure consistency across business units.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Compliance Risk Space: Strong background in compliance risk within the financial industry.
  • Building Compliance Frameworks: Experience in building compliance frameworks from scratch is essential, with RSA certification being advantageous.
  • Process Enhancement: Expertise in process enhancement and implementation of centralized systems for operational efficiency.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to monitoring and testing controls.
  • Critical Review Skills: Ability to critically review existing infrastructures and translate findings into standardized formats for broader application.
