Job Title: Administrative Manager

Broadway Foods Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including budgeting, financial management, and personnel management.
  • Evaluate department operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage staff engaged in providing administrative services, including training, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Conduct research, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff on corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Manage knowledge, assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, and manage events.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise office and volunteer staff.
