Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the London Language Institute Inc. This role will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and organizing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Conduct research and provide information to support business decisions.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week. Free parking is available. The work language is English.
