Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Next Power Inc. as a key member of our engineering leadership team.

Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to meet the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions
  • Develop and implement engineering policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technical field
  • Strong technical background in engineering, with expertise in areas such as civil engineering, software development, or mechanical engineering
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
