Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Next Power Inc. as a key member of our engineering leadership team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical professionals, overseeing the development and implementation of engineering projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Experience working with civil engineering projects and knowledge of relevant industry standards.
  • Basic security clearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
