Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Next Power Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality engineering work.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet project deadlines.
  • Communication: Collaborate with senior management to advise on technical matters and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including basic security clearance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
