As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to our operations staff, fostering a culture of service excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Led the development and implementation of operational budgets and cost control measures
- Mentor and coach operations staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and projects
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 2+ years of experience as a Regional Manager or 5 years as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant, bar environment or high-volume food & beverage operation
- Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to providing outstanding service to guests
- Confident user of MS Office, inventory, and POS programs
- Experienced with operational budget management and cost control measures
- Talent for negotiating contracts and handling resources to accomplish organizational objectives
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
