**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting sales-related activities, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to assess performance, discuss investment strategy, and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization
  • Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the cryptocurrency space
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting our services and increasing brand visibility
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market trends, client preferences, and opportunities for innovation

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar role in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and investment products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin is a mandatory requirement
