  • Coordinating critical task activities across multiple projects and ensuring timely completion.
  • Supervising a team of construction professionals and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Managing relationships with contractors and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and hazards on site.
  • Collaborating with the project team to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Ensuring that all site operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-disciplinary construction supervision.
  • Degree in piping, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership abilities and commitment to Health, Safety & Environment.
