Job Description
We are seeking a Commissioning & Start-up Maintenance Engineer to support large scale capital projects at our Fort Saskatchewan Site in Alberta, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the Mechanical C&SU Lead for the new Gas Phase Polyethylene plant to be built on site (LP8) and become a key member of the LP8 Commissioning and Start-up team.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of Mechanical Equipment Commissioning and Start-up Procedure & Binder.
- Review the Mechanical Equipment Protection Plan and participate in field audit throughout construction phase.
- Support the development of Mechanical Equipment PPM, Lubrication, Vibration, Lifting device inspection, HVAC equipment PPM Program.
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineer for Equipment Reliability Strategy implementation.
- Review of mechanical spare parts and setup stock quantity aligned with ERS and site requirements.
- Help develop the C&SU database in Provenience for Mechanical Equipment.
- Support the Maintenance Representative to setup plan for Mechanical C&SU resources, mechanical tool and special tool.
- Support the development of Mechanical Equipment repair procedure.
- Review process automation settings for Mechanical equipment.
- Support Mechanical Commissioning and Start-up activities.
