Job Description
  • Must have knowledge of either the mechanical, piping or electrical trades.
  • Researches, analyzes and calculates data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
  • Participates in estimating process for customer design proposal.

The successful candidate will participate in awarding subcontracts, coordinate design and engineering efforts, monitor and report on financial status of the project(s), and be responsible for subcontract and contract administration.

Additionally, they will review construction documents from subcontractors to confirm compliance with scope, participate in job progress schedule to ensure that actual construction parallels with the schedule per the MEP of the project, and purchase and monitor the delivery of all needed materials for the project(s).
