We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Knights On Guard. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, with experience in supervising teams and managing emergency situations. You will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures, training staff on job duties and company policies, and reviewing activities to ensure compliance.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a passion for providing top-notch security services and leading a team of professionals, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Train staff on job duties and company policies
  • Review activities to ensure compliance
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in security management
  • Proven track record of supervising teams and managing emergency situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Security Guard License
What We Offer
