Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Client Director to lead our global client relationships and drive new business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for setting and directing strategy for our most important clients, establishing and maintaining executive relationships, and managing a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain executive relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor
  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales quotas and growth targets
  • Mastery and consistent execution of Gartner's sales methodology, products, and services
  • Line management of remote sales associates
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Requirements
  • 15+ years external experience with proven consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services or software)
  • Proven ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within large multi-national companies
  • Proficient in global account planning and understanding of territory management
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree – desired
