At Première Moisson, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective and efficient maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and prioritize maintenance projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronics.
  • Experience with automation systems and computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
