About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Baie D'Urfé, Canada. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance technicians.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in maintenance in a similar industry.
  • Experience in supervising a team of maintenance technicians.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
