About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor Packaging, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise, and develop and implement plans to improve our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities
  • Develop and implement plans to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians
  • Evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians and provide recommendations for training and development
  • Identify and report any safety or environmental hazards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in maintenance in a similar industry
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
