Job Description

This role involves working collaboratively as a team to achieve high quality standards in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You will engage in highly consultative phone calls, both inbound and outbound, while adhering to our client's policies, procedures, and industry compliances.

Requirements
  • A minimum age of 18 years and legal eligibility to work in Canada full-time.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Sales experience in a high volume contact centre environment.
Benefits and Salary

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect flexible scheduling between Monday to Saturday, 9am-10pm. We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development opportunities.
