Drive Business Growth as a Heavy Equipment Parts Sales and Field Service Representative

At Joe Johnson Equipment Toronto, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Heavy Equipment Parts Sales and Field Service Representative to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving parts sales growth and providing exceptional customer support within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

About the Opportunity
  • This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus opportunity.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with best-in-class products and service offerings, making a real impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing existing accounts and ensuring effective and continuous customer communication/interaction.
  • Prospecting and assessing the territory for potential new customers.
  • Promoting and selling represented product lines throughout the territory.
  • Preparing quotations for customers, following up on sales, and processing orders.
  • Organizing parts delivery and supporting credit control by tracking and collecting customer receivables.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related program, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • 3+ years' experience in a Customer Service Representative role or a related position.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
