We have a full-time, on-site opportunity with one of our Ottawa-based law firm clients in the Gloucester area.

Estimated Salary: $65,000-$85,000

About this role:

  • Guide clients through filling out Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) forms
  • Manage benefits per SABS legislation and guidelines
  • Inform clients about Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and provide necessary guidance
  • Arrange transport and interpreter services for appointments
  • Address client questions on benefit approvals or denials with professionalism and clarity
  • Stay in regular contact with insurance adjusters for efficient case management

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a legal environment in a client service or administrative role
  • A paralegal diploma is a nice-to-have, but not necessary
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SABS legislation is an asset but not mandatory —training can be provided
  • Proficiency in English —knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a strong asset but not required.
