About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Director to oversee the design, governance, and compliance of our compensation, benefits, wellness, and pension programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement executive compensation and incentive programs aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of compensation, benefits, wellness, and pension programs with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers to deliver value and operational efficiency.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in human resources, preferably with experience in total rewards programs. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust across all organizational levels.

What We Offer

You can expect a competitive salary ranging from $124,273 to $165,696 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.

Work Environment

Export Development Canada is a hybrid work environment requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
