About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and up-selling to clients on all lines of business sold, while maintaining a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing quality advice to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
- Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
- Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Level 2 Insurance license required.
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
- You are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email, with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
