We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Montréal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients and ensuring compliance with our standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all technology-related queries and issues, escalating unresolved issues to the next level, and managing data entry tasks. You will also be required to maintain strict adherence to our client's service and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with two years of technical school or relevant technical certifications being a plus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, as well as previous experience in a Service Desk or Customer Service environment. Familiarity with Active Directory and basic account administration processes is beneficial, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week. The hourly salary is $17.22, and long-term contracts are available. Training period is four weeks onsite, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm, followed by hybrid work arrangements.
